By accessing or using Talkobot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. 1. User Responsibilities By using Talkobot, you agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration Use the platform strictly in compliance with applicable laws, Meta/WhatsApp policies, and regulations Avoid misuse of the platform, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful activity Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account. 5. Talkobot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. 6. Payments, Billing & Refunds Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their selected plan or services All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement Prices and charges may be updated from time to time 7. Intellectual Property All content, software, branding, logos, designs, and materials available on the Talkobot platform are the intellectual property of Techoma Technology Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. 8. Privacy & Data Protection Your privacy is important to us.
